FIFA president Sepp Blatter has been named biggest villain of the past decade in a poll by the Syfy channel that surveyed over 2,000 people.<br /><br />Blatter took 9.2 per cent of the vote, ahead of second-place former-RBS boss Sir Fred Goodwin (on 8.2%), and beating out contenders Osama Bin Laden and Robert Mugabe it appears on his way to 'victory'.<br /><br />It seems the British public still resent the football chief for his role in denying England the chance to host the 2018 World Cup.
