Mohammad Sajid and Shilpa Phalnitkar of Mumbai have been allotted top seedings in the men's and women's categories for the Aamdar Kshitij Thakur Chashak 50th Maharashtra state & inter-district carrom championship that gets underway in Nalasopara (E) today.

Four hundred and fifty players will be seen in action in the men's category of the five-day event that concludes on July 27.
