Saini, 22, aggregated 450.6 in the final on Friday to finish behind <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/football/article/we-sent-out-a-message-skipper-joshua-kimmich-as-germany-qualify-with-6-0-slovakia-rout-23603886" rel="nofollow">Germany</a>&rsquo;s Matthias Erik Hess.
