<p>Ahead of the Italian GP, the FIA has removed the risk of a race ban and cut the &lsquo;base maximum penalty from 10,000 Euros (Rs 9.58 lakh) to 5000 Euros (Rs 4.78 lakh).&rsquo; Importantly the new guidelines now differentiate between &lsquo;controlled&rsquo; and &lsquo;uncontrolled&rsquo; swearing.</p>
