Gulamhusein A Vahanvaty (right), Chairman of the Stewards and a Committee Member of the RWITC Ltd, has resigned as chairman of stewards from the club, ending his duties yesterday.

Vahanvaty cited a time crunch as he was finding it difficult to juggle his time in the chair and his work as trustee of The Rotary Foundation. Vahanvaty is being replaced by Geoffrey Nagpal with immediate effect. Vahanvaty continues to be on the RWITC committee and will be a steward.
