On Tuesday, the American ace wrote on her official twitter handle: "Me. Mine. Alone. Myself. I. One. Solo. Unaccompanied."
Serena and Mouratoglou were working together until last week at the Dubai Open before her shocking semi-final defeat to Alize Cornet.
There's no official word on the matter from both Serena or Mouratoglou however.
Serena is scheduled to play next at the Family Circle Cup, that begins on March 29 at the Family Circle Tennis Center, on Daniel Island near South Carolina.
