This was the Academy&rsquo;s 77th tournament and saw a participation of 354 boys and girls from across Mumbai, Thane, Uran and Pune. In the girls U-15 Radhika Dagaonkar beat Chaitra Shetty 21-8, 21-14, while in the boys U-15, Aman Farogh beat Sushrut Boparikar 21-19, 21-14. In the U-17 category, Shruti Sinha beat Chaitra Shetty 21-13, 20-22, 21-18 to win the girls title, while Aman F Sanjay beat Sukrut Baporikar 21-19, 215 for the boys title.

Hrissha Dubey beat Shachi Jukar in straight games to win the girls U-10 title of the Yonex-sponsored Manora Badminton Academy tournament at Khar Gymkhana recently.
