Dr Antonio Da Silva High School (Dadar) secured both the boys U-14 and U-16 titles in the Dream Sports Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school kabaddi tournament at Azad Maidan on Thursday. 

In the boys U-16 final, the Dadar outfit produced a clinical performance to outclass St Ignatius High School (Jacob Circle) 49-18. Dynamic raider Tanish Pungam delivered a standout display, recording 20 raid points with remarkable precision and agility. He received strong support from defender Vihang Gotamkar, who executed six well-timed tackles, ensuring Dr Antonio Da Silva controlled the tempo throughout. For St Ignatius, Harsh Beske impressed with eight points.

In the U-14 final, Dr Antonio Da Silva eased past Swami Vivekanand High School (Chembur) 50-22. Shranay Lole starred with 10 successful raids, while defender Neel Bhalerao produced five tackles. For Swami Vivekanand, Mayank Gaikwad impressed with seven raid points.

In the girls U-16 category, Dr Ambedkar English School (Vikhroli) defeated Swami Vivekanand (Chembur) 42-15. Payal Kanchan led the charge with 11 raid points alongside Kavya Parab, who added seven points. In defence, Esha Dige stood out with six vital tackles for the Vikhroli school.
