Lake Louise (Canada): Lindsey Vonn led the United States to a historic Alpine skiing World Cup podium sweep on Saturday, cementing her return from injury with a triumph in the second Lake Louise downhill.

For her first victory since a high-speed crash in early 2013, the four-time overall World Cup champion charged down the 3km course in a time of one minute, 50.48 seconds.
