Washington: Running his 30th half marathon in the American captal, India's grand old marathon man Ashis Roy has taken his overall tally to 145, including 115 full marathons.

Roy, 83, the oldest runner participating in the Navy-Air Force Half Marathon Sunday, completed the 13.1-mile race distance in 3 hours 20 minutes and 14 seconds, about half an hour less than his timing in the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Chicago in July.
