India's archers continued their fine run at the Asian Archery Championship in Chinese Taipei yesterday bagging three medals including a gold.
India’s compound archers clinched one gold, one silver and one bronze to ascend into the second spot in the medals tally.
According to PTI, India’s mixed team of Abhishek Verma and Lily Chanu Paonam beat Iran by one point to win their second gold of the meet. India now have won two gold, one silver and one bronze and are second in the tally behind favourites Korea who have three gold, two silver and two bronze in the bag.

On Thursday, the Indian men’s team beat the powerful famed Koreans in the compound event to win gold.
