Speculation has been rife for some time now that former World No. 1 tennis ace Ana Ivanovic is pregnant, but a report in a German newspaper says the news is true having confirmed it from a family member.
German tabloid Bunte yesterday reported that Ivanovic, 29, who is married to German football star Bastian Schweinsteiger, 33, is expecting their child and is, in fact, beyond her first trimester. The report claims Ivanovic is in the fourth month of her pregnancy and quotes a source from the Serbian tennis star's family confirming the development.
Ivanovic, who married Schweinsteiger in July, has been recently posting pictures on social media wearing loose outfits, which first gave rise to the pregnancy rumours around a month back. It is learnt that Ivanovic is on the verge of retirement, while Schweinsteiger in a transitional phase in his career, having signed up with Chicago football club last summer.
So, the time's right for a baby, no?
