<p>According to British tabloid, The Sun, speculation about the romance started last October when Bouchard Instagrammed a picture of her sitting at a bar in&nbsp;<br />Pittsburgh, a city in USA.<br />&nbsp;<br />Rudolph &lsquo;liked&rsquo; the picture, but there was no mention of him in the post.</p>
