New Delhi: Disabled Indian cyclist Jagwinder Singh yesterday launched a crowd-funding campaign to gather money to participate in Paralympics events.

Jagwinder, hailing from a small village called Patra near Patiala in Punjab, does not have two arms and uses his feet to do his daily chores. Yet, he nurtures a dream of winning at the Paralympics cycling championship and has launched the crowd-funding campaign on DesiredWings.com.
