Japan beat India in Asian Champions Trophy hockey

India were handed their second consecutive defeat in the Asian Champions Trophy event yesterday by hosts Japan.

The Indian squad, comprising of 13 junior players, took an early lead in the 12th minute, thanks to a Gurjinder Singh penalty stroke.
