Former baseball player Alex Rodriguez, 42, has gushed about his singer girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, 48, and insists she is a great mother and friend. "Jennifer is an amazing person. She's the hardest working... she's got like 10 jobs. Look, she loves sports. She's an athlete herself. She's a great mother, great daughter, great friend. She's just someone that... she's fun to be around," Rodriguez told Female First.

Rodriguez, who started dating the Shades of Blue star in February, said he still remains close to his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis for the sake of their children -- Ella, nine, and Natasha, 12. "From the beginning, we always put the kids first so that they will grow and have emotional wellness and not feel a lot of the tugging that you feel sometimes happens in families that are divorced," he added.
Meanwhile, Lopez, who has nine-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, raised a total of $35 million for Puerto Rico hurricane victims.
The couple are on look out for a house for the entire family to move in, after she put her New York penthouse on sale.
