The plush 2,134 square feet house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a spa. As per records, Davenport bought the house in 2000 for USD1.305 million.
She also owns other properties in the area and Harold Noriega of HOM Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The 38-year-old currently coaches World No 18 Madison Keys.
