The small-field trend continues for the feature event as only four runners face the starter in the Nirmal Ruia Gold Trophy, the main attraction of Saturday's eight-race card. Though all of them have given proof of fitness and form over this track, the race may turn out to be a virtual duel between two horses from Pesi Shroff's stable, namely Accolade and Your Royal Majesty.

Going by their last encounter on this track which culminated in a very narrow finish at the post over the same trip, at first glance it looks like a toss up between the two. However, after that run Your Royal Majesty tried to stretch over a mile and gave her all to that race when he narrowly went down to Alaindair in photo finish. By contrast, Accolade has been well rested and has been putting in some decent workouts on the trial track. Therefore I feel Accolade will be able to give weight and a beating to stable mate Your Royal Majesty today, and accordingly, shapes as the best betting proposition of the card.
