Carrom Players Welfare Association, Maharashtra along with Kshtriya Union Club, Dadar, will be organising the prestigious 11th Mukhtar Ahmed state level carrom tournament between August 23 and 26 at Kshtriya Union Club, Vanmali Hall, Dadar.
