Former American gymnast Aly Raisman has revealed that she tries to keep anxiety at bay before going to sleep.
According to www.self.com, Raisman, a two-time Olympic gold-medallist, finds over-thinking and anxiety draining and harmful.
“It’s really important for me to do something, whether it’s stretching or a type of meditation, to help me sleep better at night. I have found that anxiety, or just overthinking things—which can also be anxiety for me—is so draining and exhausting physically too,” remarked Raisman.
