The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), in its Managing Committee meeting, has decided to go soft on the Greater Mumbai Police Sports Club team for arguing with an umpire and later allegedly threatening him during a Dr HD Kanga Cricket League match held on November 22 at Cross Maidan.
