Favourites Otters Club defeated NSCI 4-1 to clinch the ISP Inter Club Jr squash league title, organised by Indian Squash Professionals at the Otters Club squash courts yesterday. Otters' Kavya Bansal and Varun Shah beat Ahaan Bhansali and Suren Gupta of NSCI to take a 2-0 lead. Tanay Punjabi was expected to seal the deal for his team but Krish Shah put up a brave performance to beat Tanay.

With Otters Club up 2-1, Adesh stepped up for his team when it mattered most to defeat the in-form Vivaan Bhatia and bring home the trophy. Agastya did not get a chance to play as his opponent Diva Shah retired conceding the point to Otters. Otters Club walked away with a cash award of R40,000 while runners-up NSCI were awarded R25,000 for their effort.
