Star India shuttler PV Sindhu, who recently clinched the Hylo Open in Saarbrucken, Germany, credited her support team and a better understanding of her body for her return to winning ways after a prolonged lean patch.
Sindhu, 31, defeated Denmark’s World No. 25 Line Hojmark Kjaersfeldt 21-12, 21-14 in the final to claim the women’s singles title. The title triumph helped her climb to fifth in the BWF World Tour Finals standings and secure her spot in the season-ending event.
