L Rakesh Singh of Air India and Rashmi Kumari of Petroleum Sports Promotion Board won the men's and women's singles titles respectively in the The All India Carrom Federation-organised and Maharashtra Carrom Association-hosted Bank Of Maharashtra-17th Inter-Institution National Carrom Championship at the Maharashtra State Bharat Scout & Guide Hall in Dadar recently.
