Roger Federer dusted off the cobwebs to win his first match of the new season at the Hopman Cup on Saturday. The World No. 2 looked a little rusty at times but ultimately eased to a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Japan's Yuichi Sugita. It is the second year in a row Federer has played the exhibition event, which pits national teams of one man and one woman against each other.
