<p>Sakpal, 21, clocked 19.03 minutes to secure first place.</p>
<p>Aruna Mishra topped the 36-to-55 age group (25.08 minutes) while Winnifred D&rsquo;Souza clocked 27.03 minutes to win the 56-and-above category.</p>
