New Delhi: Tennis star Sania Mirza received the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna, the country's highest sporting honour on Saturday, while 12 others, including ace shooter Jitu Rai and hockey goalkeeper PR Sreejesh were conferred with the Arjuna Award.
