America's champion skier Lindsey Vonn is not new to suffering injuries, but it's her determination and some cheese therapy that helps her come back. Yes, you read it right, cheese therapy.

The skier has been using this recovery practise with cheese called Topfen for years. "It is an Austrian-cured cheese with anti-inflammatory properties. We push ourselves to the limit, and we are going 90 miles an hour down an icy mountain, and sometimes things go wrong… and so I just figure out a way to pick myself back up," Vonn, who withdrew from World Cup super-G with knee pain just 24 hours after winning the first race in Val d'Isere, recently told Health magazine.
