Sujay Shetty’s first half strike proved good enough for Union Sports Club to clinch a close 1-0 win against Karnatak Sports Club in a league match of the 20th Late Shri Ramanath Payyade Memorial Football League 2015-2016, organised by the Karnatak Sporting Association (KSA) and played at the KSA ground, Cross Maidan.

The Karnatak outfit dominated the second period but were unable to find the net as Union Sports defended stoutly and managed to hang on to their slender lead and emerge winners.
