Skipper Suraj Kapur scored his second hat-trick of the season yesterday as Greenlawns High School (Breach Candy) thrashed St Xavier's Boys Academy 3-0 in an under-14 Division IV tie of the Nike-MSSA inter-school football tournament at the Azad Maidan.



After a goalless first half, Suraj struck thrice in the latter. He rated his effort as his best achievement.

"I never thought I would score a hat-trick today, especially at half-time," Suraj said.

"This hat-trick was possible only because of my teammates who supported me very well during the entire course of the match.

"Being captain of the team, there was lot of responsibility to deliver," he added.
