Udaya Sports Club beat Satya Vijaya 5-4 via tie-breaker to retain the 8th Late Advocate AR Kudroli Memorial knockout football title organised by the Karnatak Sporting Association and played at the KSA ground in Churchgate recently.

Udaya's Ashirwad Hedge was adjudged best player of the tournament, while Satya Vijaya custodian Kartik Shetty emerged best 'keeper.
