Mumbai: Star Sports has acquired the broadcasting rights of all the pro boxing bouts of Indian star Vijender Singh scheduled to be held this year.

"Star Sports has acquired the rights from IOS Boxing Promotions and their UK partners Queensberry Promotions for the telecast of Vijender's bouts along with the promotion and development of professional boxing in India," a press release stated.
