World Championships: India's Antim Panghal clinches bronze medal in freestyle wrestling

Antim Panghal ended India’s freestyle wrestling campaign on a high note, winning a World Championships bronze medal in Croatia on Thursday. It is her second consecutive bronze at the World Championships.

Antim showed both brilliant attacking and defensive play against Swden’s Emma Malmgren to clinch a dominating 9-1 win. This was India’s first and only freestyle medal here, continuing country’s streak of World Championships medals, which began in 2018.
