Celebrate Navroze 6.30 pm: Chef Kiran Salaskar has created two special desserts for Parsi New Year. The first one is White chocolate and hazelnut ni boi. Traditionally, it is made mawa and khoya in the shape of a fish. COO&rsquo;s boi is a caramalised white chocolate and hazelnut cake with varq. The second, is Ravo, a semolina-based authentic sweet with rava, rose water, raisins, almond slivers, saffron and ghee.
