<p>My journey started with puppet shows at hospitals, not just for children but also for adults in the general and oncology wards. The idea was to bring joy to a sensitive environment. A couple of years ago, the NGO Milaap approached me to explore &lsquo;medical puppetry,&rsquo; similar to medical clowning, engaging patients and healthcare providers through conversations,&rdquo; Shreedevi Sunil, owner of the Talking Turtles Storytellers shares. &ldquo;The challenge was using puppets to explain health problems and treatments to children. So, I incorporated improv comedy into the sessions to make them lighter and engaging. We currently have sessions in Bangalore and Chennai, and are now talking to hospitals in Mumbai.&rdquo;</p>
