Amid the cases of cyber fraud and cybercrimes in India, the country’s rapid digital expansion outpaced its cybersecurity readiness, a report has said. 

As reported by news agency IANS, the report further cited a sharp rise in ransomware, phishing, data breaches and cyber espionage that pose risks to critical infrastructure, financial systems and ordinary citizens.
