In a recent event in Bhopal, Jacqueliene opened up about the deeper connection she shares with her body and mind. She said, "Both my body and soul are fit and strong. I am very spiritual." Her words reflect the essence of her fitness philosophy,  where strength is not just physical, but deeply rooted in spiritual balance as well.



Always vocal about the role of youth in shaping a fitter India, Jacqueliene applauded the city’s spirit and enthusiasm. This city has a very positive vibe. The young generation here has a tremendous passion for fitness, which is really amazing, she added, expressing genuine admiration for Bhopal’s commitment to wellness.

Calm mind and healthy body

Going beyond just the physical, Jacqueliene also spoke about the importance of mental health and self-care in maintaining overall balance. She said, "Today's world is very stressful. In such a situation, mindfulness and meditation are very important. Whether you get 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half an hour - you should give it to yourself. This keeps the mind calm and the body healthy."

From intense workout routines to embracing spirituality and meditation, Jacqueliene continues to inspire countless fans to prioritize well-being. Jacqueliene's work front 

The actress was seen in two films this year so far She started the year with Sonu Sood's debut directorial 'Fateh' where she played a character called Khushi. 

Reflecting on her character, Jacqueliene expressed her gratitude for the response she has received. She said, "Playing Khushi was a real happy space for me, the role was essayed to portray a refreshing character that has intellect and quirk. Her simplicity resonated with me. The overwhelming response from the audience is heartwarming”.

After that, Fernandez was seen in the film Housefull 5 directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan and more.
