Just as when everyone is celebrating, rejoicing and basking in the glorious success of the film ‘Pathaan’, Shah Rukh Khan took to social media and posted a dialogue from a 1997 Hollywood film ‘Gattaca'.

I think life is a bit like that….You aren’t meant to plan your return…U r meant to move forward. Don’t come back…try to finish what u started. Just a 57yr olds’ advice things”. In no time, his comments section was flooded with messages with many who appreciated his advice and pep talk.

As for Pathaan’s performance at the boxoffice, what one has witnessed is that this Yash Raj Film’s action flick has wiped out all previous records as it collected Rs. 55 crore in India and recorded the biggest ever Day 1 for a Hindi film. Speaking about the film’s success a couple of days back, Akshaye Widhani (CEO-Yash Raj Films) had said, “It is a historic day for Indian cinema and we are humbled to see the love and appreciation that is flowing for Pathaan globally. For Pathaan to shatter records in this fashion on a nonholiday, just proves that the theatrical business is here to stay, provided we make films that entice people to come to the cinemas to witness a never seen before experience that entertains them thoroughly”.

Besides Shah Rukh Khan, 'Pathaan' stars Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham. This film, which is a part of Aditya Chopra’s ambitious spy universe film has been directed by Siddharth Anand.
