Punjabi singer and actor Ammy Virk, known for films including Bad Newz, was reportedly caught in a shooting incident in Canada shortly after performing at a concert in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The incident reportedly took place on the night of September 5, with a vehicle believed to be part of the singer’s convoy coming under fire. No injuries were reported.

According to a report by PTC News, Virk had just concluded his concert at Rogers Forum in Abbotsford and left the venue with his convoy at around 11 pm. A dark-coloured SUV allegedly opened fire on a vehicle travelling through the 2500-block of McCallum Road. Reports suggest that between seven and 10 shots were fired, with bullets reportedly hitting the rear window of the vehicle.
