Singer-composer Amaal Mallik recently slammed Salman Khan Films for failing to credit the creators of Main Hoon Hero Tera in a social media post marking the 11th anniversary of Hero (2015). Amaal, who composed the film's music, questioned why the composer and lyricist weren't given credit in the post. Now, his brother Armaan Malik has defended him after a user called the siblings "ungrateful" to Salman Khan despite having worked with him.

Armaan Malik comes out in brother Amaal Mallik's defence

Armaan reacted to the backlash, dismissing the claim and defending Amaal Mallik amid the ongoing controversy. It all happened after Amaal commented on the official post of Salman Khan Films. He wrote, “Whoever is handling the page or the social media of @skfilmsofficial, I love the audacity you have shown by leaving out the composer & the lyricist of the song lol! It doesn’t look nice that a song that is created with the pain, blood, sweat and tears of a music composer & his lyricist is celebrated without the creators being respected or even mentioned. Learn to do the basics; otherwise, delete this page. Don’t delete my comment; let Salman sir see it as well so that he knows you guys screwed up."
