After a six-year hiatus since its second installment, 'Fukrey 3' is gearing up for its big-screen release. With Fukrey 3 scheduled for release on 28 September 2023, the makers treated fans to a nostalgia-inducing and rib-tickling trailer during a grand launch event attended by the Fukra gang, Bholi Punjaban, Pandit Ji and the entire film team.
The film's trailer reintroduces fans to the eccentric team featuring Pulkit Samrat as "Hunny", Manjot Singh as "Lali Halwai", Varun Sharma as "Choocha", all navigating the world under the watchful and astrological eye of Richa Chadha's "Bholi Punjaban" and Pankaj Tripathi's "Panditji".

In the trailer, viewers witness Pulkit and Varun reminiscing their school days. Their latest adventure? Running an election campaign against Richa Chadha, who desires her 'old life back’. A showdown ensues between Richa and Pulkit, but the mystery remains: "who will win this time?"

There's been a shuffle in the release dates for "Fukrey 3". Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and under the Excel Entertainment production house led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the film's release is now set for September 28. Initially intended for a September 7 release, it shifted due to Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan" taking the slot and then moved to December 1. However, a reschedule in the release of Prabhas' 'Salaar' provided 'Fukrey 3' with its current release date.
Excel Entertainment, which was co-founded by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar has time and again produced several blockbuster films such as Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Chahta Hai, and many more.
