Goregaon school converted into police station as Aditya and Mrunal kick off second schedule of actioner Gumraah

Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur
Last year, mid-day had reported about Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur teaming up for the Hindi remake of the 2019 Tamil actioner, Thadam (Playing a cop has been on my checklist, Sep 6). Since then, director Vardhan Ketkar has found a title in Gumraah, and wrapped up the first schedule.
The cast and crew will kick off the second leg of the crime thriller, which sees Thakur as a cop, in Goregaon tomorrow. A source reveals, “The Dalwai Educational Trust Goregaon English School is being converted into a police station for the stint. A chunk of the film, including many of Mrunal’s scenes, will be shot at the site.”
