'Drishyam 2' actress Ishita Dutta gave birth to a baby boy. Actor husband Vatsal Sheth took to his Instagram account and shared a cute family picture writing, "Us. We have been blessed with a baby boy. Thank you all for the love and wishes." Although the actor put a red heart emoji to hide the little one's face, we can see Ishita smiling while posing for the camera.

According to Etimes, a source close to the couple said, "The baby and the mother are healthy. She will be discharged on Friday. The family is the happiest right now." During the pregnancy, the couple often shared photos from their maternity photoshoot. In May, the pair also relocated to their new house. Ishita also had a customary god bharai (baby shower) ceremony with Kajol and Ishita's sister Tanushree Dutta a few days before shifting to their new home.

The couple announced their pregnancy in a shared Instagram post in which they are seen posing in front of a stunning landscape. Ishita was seen flaunting her baby bump. Ishita and Vatsal Sheth got married on November 28, 2017, after falling in love while filming a TV serial called 'Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar'. On March 31, they announced their pregnancy.
Ishita was last seen in Ajay Devgn's 2022 film 'Drishyam 2'. In the film, she portrays his daughter Anju Salgaonkar. The film was a box office success. She was also working during her pregnancy and completed all of her assignments by the time she was in her third trimester.
Vatsal Sheth just wrapped production on his Gujarati debut film, in which he co-stars with Helly Shah. The film is touted to be a comedy-drama. The film's title is yet-to-be disclosed.
Vatsal, who is excited about his new project, stated, “This film is really special and it was an amazing experience shooting for it as we have shot it in Somnath, Dwarka and the last schedule was shot in Daman! We have wrapped the film and it's finally done.” He also praised Helly. "It was great working with Helly Shah, she is a fantastic actress. The movie is already in post-production and we are really excited about it. It was an overwhelming experience altogether," he added.
