Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, best known for his roles in films such as Welcome, Hera Pheri and more, has died after battling lung cancer at the age of 75. While he is widely remembered for his long career, the actor made headlines in 2024 when he was allegedly kidnapped after being lured under the pretext of attending a fake event.

Mushtaq Khan kidnapping

Mushtaq Khan was reportedly invited for an event in Meerut on November 20, 2024. An advance amount was also transferred to his account, and he even received flight tickets from the organisers to attend the event. Upon reaching Delhi, the actor was asked to get into a car and was driven away to the outskirts, somewhere near Bijnor.
