Former Central Bureau of Certification (CBFC) Chief, Pahlaj Nihalani, is back as a producer and 'Julie 2' is his first film after his tenure as CBFC Chief. The film, starring Raai Laxmi, is based on the real-life incidents based on actresses' lives in the glamour world. The makers, too, are echoing this angle but have refrained from revealing the actress' name, on whom the film is based.
