Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur who is gearing up for his upcoming web series, 'The Night Manager' found himself in an awkward situation last night. The actor who makes women go weak in their knees with his good looks apparently was harassed by one of his ardent female fans during the screening of the upcoming spy-thriller series.
The screening of 'The Night Manager' was a star-studded affair as it saw many Bollywood actors in attendance. His co-star Sobhita Dhulipala, Vidya Balan, Mrunal Thakur, and Ananya Panday among many other celebrities were present at the screening.
Things were going fine until when a female fan approached Aditya for a selfie. Aditya who has a huge female fan following, humbly allowed the woman to take a selfie but the lady just didn't stop there!
After taking a selfie, the woman grabbed Aditya and forcefully tried to kiss him on the cheek. The actor, who looks clearly uncomfortable by the lady's actions, tries to push her away. Despite being pushed away, the female fan tries to kiss Aditya again.
The entire incident was caught on camera by paps that were present at the screening. On Thursday, several Bollywood paps took to social media platforms to drop the video of the unfortunate episode.
The video has grabbed netizens' attention and has gone immensely viral on all social media platforms.
Throughout the video, the 'Malang' star looks awkward and uncomfortable. As the video moves further, one can see how the actor tries to distance himself from the woman.

Although Aditya manages to push her away, the lady eventually kisses him on his hand before leaving the spot after two failed attempts to kiss the star on his cheek.

Calling it pure harassment, many social media users are slamming the woman for her actions towards the actor.

While the woman is facing flak for trying to forcibly kiss the ‘Fitoor’ star, Aditya Roy Kapur is winning hearts for handling the situation so gracefully and calmly.
‘The Night Manager’ which marks the digital debut of Aditya Roy Kapur, also stars Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala in lead roles.
Directed by Sandeep Modi, the series will start streaming on DisneyPlus Hotstar from February 17.
