Talking about the premise of the series, the S Lines can be seen by anyone wearing a mystery set of glasses that begin to circulate. Everything falters once those private connections are made public. Detective Han Ji Wook (played by Lee Soo Hyuk) intervenes to unravel a series of unexplained fatalities that ensue. Hyun Heup, portrayed by Arin (of Oh My Girl), is a high school student who has seen these phrases since birth. Gyu Jin, a teacher with the same talent, is portrayed by Lee Da-hee.
The K-drama has already created history before S Line before its premiere. After Mother (2018) and Bargain (2023), it is only the third Korean series to be invited to the festival's main competition.
