BTS member J-Hope surprised fans by appearing in SPAGHETTI, the new single by girl band LE SSERAFIM, which consists of Sakura, Kim Chaewon, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Euncha. After days of anticipation, ARMYs and netizens were treated to precisely what they wanted to see: Hobi in his rockstar mode. On October 24, the song's music video was released, and it quickly sparked passionate reactions on social media. LE SSERAFIM's surprise collaboration with J-Hope was unveiled a few days ago via a social media tease.

J-Hope's saucy verse

SPAGHETTI is being promoted as J-Hope's comeback video. The images complement the dish's saucy and spicy flavour, and the beloved BTS member incorporates his signature rapper aspects, exactly as one would expect him to. The fun energy of the music builds on the ears, much like the taste of spaghetti that lingers in the mind, making it an ideal depiction of what LE SSERAFIM seeks to express here. The graphics are colourful, lively, and uplifting.

Netizens react to the music video

SPAGHETTI has already taken over the internet. Fans quickly trended the single on social media, only minutes after it was published. On X (previously Twitter), one member remarked, "I loved spaghetti sm bro and the english version devoured like wtfffff." Another comment stated, "His verse is fire, and he looks so cool." Others continued repeating one line from Hobi's rap segment: "I'm the main character in your kind of drama."

It all started when Hur Yun-jin sang on the single "I Don't Know" from J-Hope's special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, which was published in March 2024. J-Hope is now actively supporting LE SSERAFIM's revival.

J-Hope's breakout hit Killin' It Girl has reportedly been nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video at the 2025 Grammy Awards. Mona Lisa aims to receive nominations for Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Global Music Performance in 2026, as well as Song of the Year and Record of the Year for Sweet Dreams.

BTS's songs Dynamite and Butter, as well as a guest appearance on Coldplay's album Music of the Spheres, have already received Grammy nominations. Even the group's performance on Butter in 2022, which was evocative of Mission Impossible, remains remembered for their fans.
