The latest Bigg Boss 19 promo depicts Nehal and Baseer sharing a lovely moment on the lawn. Nehal is seen resting her head on a pillow in Baseer's lap, with his arm about her. Kunickaa Sadanand responds cheerfully, saying, "I am telling you folks, enjoy these moments. Aage ka socho mat (Do not think about what will happen in the future). Later, Gaurav Khanna is seen having a conversation with Farrhana Bhatt in which he advises her that she should have kept acting so that the dynamics in the BB house may have changed. Farrhana responds, "Mujhe survival ke liye love angle khelne ki zarurat nahi hai (I don’t need a love angle for survival)," allegedly criticising Nehal and Baseer's relationship.

Abhishek confronts Farrhana about her previous remarks, telling her that she branded Baseer and Nehal's relationship a 'naatak.' Farrhana responds, "Mujhe Baseer ki side se fakery lag rahi hai. Nehal ka mujhe nahi pata (I sense deception on Baseer's part. "I am not sure about Nehal)." Abhishek then expresses his own opinion, stating that he believes they are both simply 'performing'. "Mujhe Pata hai. Do not perform, baithke. (I understand. Both of them are simply sitting and performing," he remarked.
