Kajol and her co-star Jisshu Sengupta from The Trial Season 2 recently came on Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss 19 to promote their series. Salman engaged the actors in a spirited conversation and introduced them to some of the roommates. Tanya's saree collection captivated Kajol, who joked about wanting her tailor's number.

Kajol expressed her want to visit the participants inside the Bigg Boss house, but only if they could see her, not vice versa. Salman then showed the contestants who were seated on the sofa and introduced them one by one. Jisshu said, "Sir, Tanya Mittal is amazing." 150 bodyguards and an enormous collection of sarees." Kajol then added, "Iska tailor ka number lena padega (Will have to take her tailor's number)," sending Salman and Jisshu into fits. Salman replied, "Inka khud ka business hai; I suppose sarees ka. Tel ka bhi biz hai (I believe she runs her own saree and oil company).
Later, in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman and Kajol performed their hit song Odhli Chunariya from Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya. They added a twist by doing Ajay Devgn's hallmark moves from his films Singham and Pehele Tu Duja Tu from Son of Sardar 2. Fans were overjoyed to see Salman and Kajol share the stage once more.
Tanya has previously spoken about her extensive saree collection, saying, "I am not leaving my luxury behind; I am bringing my jewellery, accessories, and over 700 sarees into the house. Every day, I've chosen on three sarees that I'll change throughout the day."
All about the Weekend Ka Vaar
Last week, actor Abhishek Bajaj defeated Amaal Mallik to become the house's new captain. This Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman chastised Ashnoor Kaur for failing to save her friend Abhishek during nominations and for attempting to take credit for his captaincy assignment triumph. This caused conflict between Abhishek and Ashnoor.
Later, Salman revealed that Nehal Chudasama was the third contestant to be eliminated. Instead of leaving, she was assigned to Bigg Boss' hidden room to observe the housemates before returning later this week.
Kajol most recently appeared in The Trial Season 2, which premiered on JioHotstar on September 19. Critics gave the series mixed reviews, which also starred Jisshu Sengupta, Kubbra Sait, Sheeba Chaddha, Alyy Khan, and Gaurav Pandey.
Kajol will next be seen anchoring a chat show with Twinkle Khanna called Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle. The show is expected to premiere on Thursday (September 25), with Salman Khan and Aamir Khan as the first guests. It will be available on Prime Video.
